  • Open the J.fans website and click the Login button in the top-right of the header.
  • Select the sign-up option and enter your email address and a password.
  • Check your inbox for the verification email and click the confirmation link.

02

How to become a creator

Creators use the same account as regular users. After signing up, apply for a creator account to start publishing and monetizing content.

Steps

  • Make sure you are logged in with your J.fans account.
  • Open the user menu in the header and click "Become a Creator".
  • Fill in the creator application form with your profile details.
  • Submit your application and wait for the review to complete.
  • Once approved, you can create plans, upload posts, and publish products.

Important notes

  • Your creator profile is reviewed by the J.fans team before approval.
  • You do not need a separate account — regular users can become creators on the same login.
  • Please only upload content that complies with the J.fans guidelines.
03

How to configure your creator settings

After your creator application is approved, use the Account Settings screen to finalize your profile, create subscription plans, and publish posts and products.

Steps

  • [1. Profile setup]
  • Open the user menu in the header and click "Account Settings".
  • Upload your avatar and cover image, and fill in your display name, bio, and social links, then save.
  • [2. Create a subscription plan]
  • Click the "Create Plan" button in the "Plan Settings" section (shown after creator approval).
  • Enter the plan name, description, price (in USDT) and billing period (Monthly / Quarterly / Annually), then confirm.
  • The plan is added to your list and fans can now subscribe.
  • [3. Upload a post after setting up a plan]
  • Press the "Create" button in the header (the + button on mobile) and choose "Create Post".
  • Enter the body text, attach media (images, videos), and select which subscription plans can view it.
  • Once published, only fans who subscribe to the selected plan can view the full content.
  • [4. Change the subscription price]
  • Click an existing plan in Plan Settings to open it — only the name and description are editable. Price and period cannot be changed.
  • To change the price, click "Delete" on the existing plan, then use "Create Plan" again with the new price (mind the impact on current subscribers).
  • [5. Upload a product]
  • Press the "Create" button in the header and choose "Create Product".
  • Upload the thumbnail image and the product file(s) (the videos or files delivered to buyers after purchase).
  • Enter the title, description, and USDT price, then publish — non-subscribers can also purchase the product individually.

Important notes

  • Creator-specific settings appear only after your creator application is approved.
  • At least one subscription plan is required to publish gated posts.
  • A plan's price and billing period cannot be changed after creation. To change the price, delete and recreate the plan.
  • Deleting a plan affects existing subscribers, so we recommend announcing the change before doing it.
  • Avatar and cover images look sharpest when they follow the recommended sizes.
04

How to install a wallet

To use J.fans you need a Web3 wallet. MetaMask is the easiest option for browsers and mobile. WalletConnect supports many other mobile wallets.

Steps

  • Install MetaMask as a browser extension or mobile app from the official site.
  • Create a new wallet and set a strong password.
  • Write down your Secret Recovery Phrase and store it in a safe place offline — never share it with anyone.
  • Open the network selector in MetaMask and add or switch to the Polygon network.
  • Your wallet is ready. You can now connect it to J.fans from the header.

Important notes

  • Never share your Secret Recovery Phrase or private key with anyone — J.fans will never ask for them.
  • Only download MetaMask from metamask.io. Avoid search-ad links and third-party mirrors to prevent scams.
  • WalletConnect lets you connect many mobile wallets (e.g. Trust Wallet, Rainbow) by scanning a QR code.

How to buy USDT on Polygon with a credit card

J.fans payments are settled in USDT on the Polygon network. You can buy USDT directly on Polygon using a credit or debit card through fiat on-ramp services.

Steps

  • Install and set up a wallet (see the previous guide) and make sure it is switched to the Polygon network.
  • Open a fiat on-ramp service such as MetaMask Portfolio Buy, Transak, MoonPay, or Ramp.
  • Select USDT as the token to buy and Polygon as the destination network.
  • Enter the amount in your local currency and complete KYC verification if the service requires it.
  • Enter your wallet address (or connect your wallet) and confirm the credit card payment.
  • Wait for the transaction to complete — the USDT will arrive in your wallet on Polygon, usually within a few minutes.

Important notes

  • Services, fees, and supported countries vary. Compare a few providers before buying.
  • Always double-check that the destination network is Polygon (sometimes labelled 'Polygon PoS' or 'MATIC'). Sending USDT on a different network can result in lost funds.
  • Most on-ramps require identity verification (KYC) the first time you buy.
  • Also keep a small amount of POL (formerly MATIC) in your wallet to cover Polygon gas fees.
06

How to buy USDT on Polygon via a crypto exchange

If you already use a cryptocurrency exchange, you can buy USDT there and withdraw it to your wallet on the Polygon network. This usually has lower fees than a credit-card on-ramp.

Steps

  • Create an account on a reputable crypto exchange (e.g. Binance, Bybit, OKX, Kraken) and complete identity verification (KYC).
  • Deposit your local currency via bank transfer, card, or other supported methods.
  • Buy USDT on the exchange using the spot market or a simple buy/convert feature.
  • Open the withdraw screen for USDT and select the Polygon network (it may be listed as 'Polygon', 'MATIC', or 'Polygon PoS').
  • Paste your wallet address, enter the amount, and confirm the withdrawal (you may need 2FA / email confirmation).
  • Wait for the network confirmation — USDT will arrive in your wallet on Polygon within a few minutes.

Important notes

  • Always send a tiny test amount first if you are withdrawing a large amount.
  • Double-check the destination network is Polygon. Sending USDT on a wrong network (e.g. Ethereum or Tron) can result in lost funds.
  • Each exchange supports different countries and payment methods. Check availability in your region before signing up.
  • Withdrawal fees and minimum amounts vary between exchanges.
07

How to connect your wallet

A Web3 wallet is required to purchase subscriptions and products on J.fans, which run on the Polygon network.

Steps

  • Click the wallet icon in the top-right of the header.
  • Choose your wallet provider from the connection modal (for example MetaMask).
  • Approve the connection request in your wallet extension or app.
  • Once connected, your wallet address appears in the header and you can start transacting.
08

How to make a purchase

Subscribe to a creator's plan or buy a product directly. All payments are settled on-chain in USDT on the Polygon network.

Steps

  • Connect your wallet from the header (see the wallet connection guide above).
  • Make sure your wallet holds enough USDT on the Polygon network to cover the price and gas.
  • Open a creator's page and choose a plan to subscribe, or open a product page to purchase.
  • Click the subscribe or purchase button and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
  • Wait for the transaction to be confirmed — your access is granted automatically.

Important notes

  • A connected wallet is required before you can subscribe or purchase.
  • Payments use USDT on the Polygon network. Make sure you are on the correct network in your wallet.
  • Subscriptions give you access to a creator's gated posts; product purchases grant access to the specific item.
09

How to check your earnings and withdraw from the platform wallet

Each creator is assigned a platform wallet when they register. Unlike other fan sites, sales are credited immediately and you can withdraw anytime, anywhere.

Steps

  • Open the user menu in the header and click "My Platform Wallet".
  • Check your current balance and the history of sales from subscriptions and product purchases.
  • Click the withdraw button to open the withdrawal form.
  • Enter the destination wallet address and the amount you want to withdraw.
  • Confirm the details and submit — the withdrawal will be processed on the Polygon network.
  • Once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, the USDT will arrive in your destination wallet.

Important notes

  • A platform wallet is automatically created for every creator at registration — no extra setup is required.
  • Sales from subscriptions and product purchases are credited to your platform wallet immediately, with no waiting period.
  • You can withdraw anytime to any Polygon-compatible wallet address.
  • Always double-check that the destination address is on the Polygon network. A wrong network or address can result in lost funds.
  • Polygon network fees apply to each withdrawal.

How to create a post and a product

Creators publish content to their audience in two ways: posts (gated by subscription plans) and products (individually purchasable items). This video covers both flows.

Steps

  • Part 1 — Create a post:
  • Click the "Create" button in the header (or the + button on mobile) and choose "Create Post".
  • Write your post content and attach images, videos, or other media.
  • Select which subscription plans can view this post. Fans subscribed to those plans will see the full content.
  • Publish the post — it immediately appears on your profile for eligible subscribers.
  • Part 2 — Create a product:
  • Go to the create screen again and choose "Create Product".
  • Upload the product thumbnail and the product data (for example the video or file fans will receive after purchase).
  • Fill in the title, description, and price in USDT.
  • Publish the product — it appears on your profile and fans can buy it individually without subscribing.

Important notes

  • You must be an approved creator with at least one subscription plan to create posts.
  • Posts are tied to subscription plans; products are purchased individually.
  • Check file size and format limits before uploading. Large videos may take time to upload and process.
  • Product prices are denominated in USDT on the Polygon network.

Recommended subscription plan setup

Learn how to create subscription plans and the plan structure we recommend as a creator.

Steps

  • Sign in as a creator and open "Account Settings" from the user menu in the header.
  • The "Plan Settings" section is where subscription plans are configured.
  • Click the "Create Plan" button to create a new plan.
  • Enter the plan name, description, price (in USDT), and billing period, then save.

Important notes

  • Plan details cannot currently be edited after creation (create-only). A settings-edit feature may be added in the future.
  • Recommended setup: start by creating a free ($0) plan as a trial offering to the public.
  • On top of that, prepare multiple paid plans. Creators commonly reserve full-length content for paid plans.
